When will I receive my order?

Siparişiniz, siparişin verildiği tarihte taahhüt edildiği gibi ‘Tahmini Teslimat Tarihi’ içinde teslim edilecektir. Bunu “Siparişlerim” bölümünden siparişinizi seçerek kontrol edebilirsiniz. Sipariş teslimi güncellemelerimizi takip edin.Ama içiniz rahat olsun, siparişinizi mümkün olan en kısa sürede teslim etmek için gece gündüz çalışıyoruz.

I have received damaged items

We are sorry you had to experience this. Click on the Account icon on the App homepage, Click on the “Orders” section, tap on the respective order & click ‘Return’. We will try to resolve this on priority.

Items are different from what I ordered

We are sorry you have had to experience this. To initiate a return of the wrong item, please log in to the App, tap the “My Orders” tab, select the order in question & tap on the ‘Return’ tab. We will try to resolve your concern on priority.

Items are missing from my order

We are sorry you had to experience this. Our partner retailers have in place the required checks to avoid exactly such an event. We request you to reach out to us within 48 hours of your order delivery so that we can investigate the matter.

How do I cancel my order?

Siparişinizi teslimata çıkmadan ‘Sipariş detayları’ ekranından iptal edebilirsiniz.

Bunu, Uygulama Ana sayfasının altındaki Hesap simgesine tıklayarak > “Siparişler”i seçerek > iptal etmek istediğiniz siparişi seçerek > “İptal”e dokunarak yapabilirsiniz. 

Veya teslimat sırasında reddedebilirsiniz ve sipariş tutarı çevrimiçi olarak ödenmişse, ödeme kaynağına geri ödeme yapılacaktır.

How do I get an invoice for my order?

To get the invoice for your order(s), go to the “My Orders” section, tap on the respective order, and you will find an option to download the invoice in a PDF format.

I want to modify my order

Sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please place a fresh order with any modifications.
